How can I check whether my gift will arrive in time?
Orders are scheduled for dispatch within 48 hours; weekend and public holiday orders are processed on the next working day. After dispatch, allow an estimated 2–4 working days in France and 4–6 working days within the European Union. For the UK and other destinations outside the EU, delivery times depend on the country and are shown at checkout. Delivery is by Colissimo or Chronopost, to a home address or collection point where available. Read our delivery information and check the options at checkout; delivery dates are estimates.
What if the gift is not quite right?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unused item in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back. Personalised or made-to-order items are excluded from this 30-day return option, and you pay the return postage if you change your mind. Read our return conditions.
How can I choose a gift within my budget?
