Refund policy

 

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled before this stage, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product has been shipped.

Returns

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of product delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required to complete your return.
  • Please contact our customer service at contact@lacaressette.com to obtain the correct return address.

Notes:

  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for the 30-day refund policy.
  • If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fees depend on the courier company chosen.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, such as damaged or incorrect goods, the consumer will not be responsible for shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for the return of a product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@lacaressette.com.
